Hello All,

ServiceNow Database instance is supposed to run on only one Host in Dynatrace Payload?

If the payload having 2Host Names then what will happen? In our instance payload contains 2 Host names because of that we are getting duplicate relationships in cmdb_rel_ci table.

can someone please refer any documentation for this.

When a ServiceNow Database instance is running on multiple hosts in Dynatrace payload, it can lead to duplicate relationships in the cmdb_rel_ci table due to multiple host entries. Each host is seen as a separate entity, causing duplication.
