I installed a linux mid server named mid-dev-linux. and I upload a correct shell to the path /opt/snowmid/agent/scripts/.. I create an ecc queue record through an action and it was created correctly when I tested it. But it was stucked at ready state and was not processed. Anyone knows the possible reasons??
