Email Account Creation

Hi

 

while creating the email account that ServiceNow configured is disabled, how could i enable it?

You can follow this article but it is not good, as it will bring your all personal email in pdi. If you okay with this, go ahead.

If the account created by SN, currently it is disable

IN PDI email will not work. It has been restricted due to security issues.
