Email are not coming on outbox after upgrade from utah to vancouver

Hello All,

 

We upgrade our instance from Utah to Vancouver after that we are not able to get emails in out outbox previously before update we disable email from going out from instance to user email but it will show up in outbox right now we set the property same as before but the emails are not coming in outbox?

 

what is the reason please help!!!

Hi @Aryan,

 

Can you expand a little please or perhaps share your email properties? (By typing 'Email Properties' into the Navigation menu)

I've supplied the standard setting as below... firstly, check both the 'Email sending enabled' and 'Email receiving enabled' checkbox's are checked/true.

Same scenario is not working in by dev instance email property are same there like my PDI

 

Hi @Aryan,

 

I'm still a little confused. Are you implementing this on your PDI or your Dev instance?

FYI, a PDI does not support or send emails.

As you state the settings are the same on your dev instance, you need to tick (set to true) both of those checkbox's (or at least the 'Send emails enabled' checkbox) in order to send.
