Hello guys,
My requirement is to populate the Incident Number, Short Description and Correlation Id in email client subject.
==> For this I have created one email client template to change the subject...and It is working fine.
I am working in domain separated instance.... So other domain is also affected with this changes (Because email client template is not domain separated).
Please suggest me a way to change the Subject population without affecting other domains.
Thanks

If you don't want to domain separate it then you have can use mail script to set the subject and add the logic there.

Email Templates are not domain separated OOTB. You can add the sys_domain field to email templates(sysevent_email_template).

We're on Orlando.
This is not working. SNOW seems to not allow any kind of modifications in the Subject of the email client...
