Email client Template

Hi,

 

In email client template added an image. when I move to QA image invisible in the template. So what is solution while moving to other instance image needs to retain in the template.

the image you added in email client template does get captured in update set if you are using image from db_image table.

How did you add the image and from where?

-> if you have used an OOTB db_image then you need not move it to QA, it should be available directly

OR

-> if you have uploaded your new image in db_image table then that should also get captured in your update set, please check if that is captured in update set or not. If not then if you try to use it in next instance it will be broken

Hi @Arun_Manoj 
Ensure you have an Email Script in place to call the image, and confirm that the image exists in the System UI Images table. Once both are set up correctly, the image will render without issues
