Email Digest - Tab 'What Digest will contains' not visible in RL Vancouver

Hi,

 

I requested a new private developer instance  based on Release Vancouver.

(glide-vancouver-07-06-2023__patch0-07-18-2023)

I activated the flag 'allow digest' for the notifcation 'Request Item commented (all assignees)' . I did this in the list view, because the flag is not visible in the standard view.

Even after changing the flag the tab 'What Digest will contains' disappears after the notification record is loaded.

 

Does anyone have an idea, why this happen ?

Hi @Robert J_,

 

I'm not sure if you resolved this, but I was having a similar issue. When I was loading the record, by default it was using the Advanced view. I had to change it to the Default view to have the option display. I know you mentioned it wasn't visible in the "standard view", but just in case the record was loading the Advanced view I wanted to mention it for you.
