Email format has to be alter while creating from inbound action

Hi,
We have an inbound email action to create a record 'Case' table. While sending an email to inbound email address the content of the email not properly aligned in worknotes. But for smaller conversations it's looking good. Is there any method to arrange the email body correctly.
