Email Inbound Actions

I have a requirement to create incident when any mail is forwarded from Example1@gmail.com to Example2@gmail.com. I have to created a inbound action for this.
Can anyone help me to create a inbound actions for the above requirement.

Hi @Govind VARMA 

 

The email should be sent to the ServiceNow email ID, and you can use the 'Forward' option in the inbound action. You don't need to make any changes, but you can specify a specific sender in the inbound action if you need to.

I will work if the email is from User. What if it is from servicedesk.

you can use the flow designer as well to invoke inbound action

you can use inbound action of type Forward and handle this
