reference table column is empty

when i am trying to select manager  from the user form  by clicking on the magnifying glass then why my column is showing  empty. what should be the solution .please assist someone  i am new to service now.

Hi @aashya8816 

 

It is a data issue, not the logic.

 

The name field is empty in the manager table, and that is the reason the name is not showing when you select any manager. Add the name value and the issue will be fixed.

when i open service now instant  in  incognito  mode then in the form manager field is showing and is clickable.

I still think issue is with data only. Fix data issue and try. 

clear cache of system and cache.do

when i opened it in incognito mode then it is  working fine
