Email Inbound Flow with matching conditions not triggering

Hello,

 

Something really weird is happening since we upgraded to San Diego,

Our Inbound Email flow is not being triggered by inbound emails with the correct conditions.

The email logs says "has issued stop processing"

 

This is an example of a test email I shoot to the instance:

And these are the Flow conditions:

Anyone has bring thru this already? Please help

Hello Guys, I opened a Hi Portal ticket with urgency and had a call with one of the support team members.

After understanding the problem, the SN dude simply suggested to create a copy of the flow and try... I did it and it worked as expected...

 

No root case was found or anything, so if this happens to you, go ahead and try to copy your FLOW and run some tests, it may work

Hi,

As per your logs below flow is executed first and it must be having 'Stop Processing' checked.

If multiple FLOW/Inbound actions found for any incoming record for that particular table then it will execute Flow/action in Order (Less order will execute first). If stop processing is checked the it will execute first and ignore next actions/flow.

 

Please identify which FLOW should run in your case and add proper conditions on both flows so that only one flow will execute and another will not meet the condition.

HCKT Create Case from Email flow should run,

The conditions are matching based on the flow conditons and email example I provided

Yes, stop processing is set to true because I dont want any other action to be triggered, just this one. But still this one (HCKT Create Case from Email) is not running

Hi,

Looks like it is running but the record is not created, can you please check and try to put some logs to debug this?

Check the processing logs for the flows and see why record is not created.

As this FLOW is matched and issued 'Stop Processing' then there must be something within flow which is configured incorrectly.

Actually it did not run...

On the flow executions the last execution was 6 days ago, date we upgraded to San Diego.
