Hello All,
I know there currently is an OOB email notification for "Closed Complete" requested item, but don't see one if the RITM is "Closed Incomeplete" or "Closed Skipped".
Does anyone know if there is an OOB notification for either of the two or would I have to create my own??

I don't believe there is an OOB for Closed Incomplete or Closed Skipped. At my last job I pretty sure I made a copy the closed complete one and made some minor changes to it.

I agree I don't think there is an OOB so I 'll just go with what you recommended, that was my initial thought anyway.
