Email notification for observer is not working correctly

the observer email notification is not working. we want the notification to go to a specific assignment group or group of users but they are not receiving it

Please try Setting the group record with a group email address.

Hi @Mark Rutman ,

 

Please check the below points:

 

1. Group/Users are having valid email addresses on their user account in ServiceNow.

2. Notification preference is enabled in the user account in ServiceNow.

3. User/Group are active and locked out is false.
