Email Notification not working after conditions met

Greetings,

 

Currently having an issue in my training for the ServiceNow Administration Fundamentals On Demand course (Lab 6.2: Configure Notifications) where my email notification is not being triggered by the events in place per the incident created. I checked the outbox and email logs (sys_email) to no avail after several attempts.  Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Hello @KW6 

 

Configuration looks fine from the screenshots attached.

 

Check whether the Service offering have active user selected in Owner by field and the Training Technology Support group has active members.

 

And also check, the notification preferences of the users.

I have the same issue. I checked the Owned by in Service Offering: Infinity (HHD) and it is owned by Annette Frietas, and the Training Technology Support Assignment Group has four members.

Same issue for me. I think there's something wrong with the instance — I've redone it so many times and all conditions are met.

I have the same issue, and i checked the group members and the owned by and they all look fine... hopefully someone can give a hint on how to resolve this...
