Email Notification when additonal comments

Hello Folks,
I am facing an issue with setting up an email notification. The requirement is to send an email to the assignment group dynamically based on the "Additional Comments" added to the catalog item, when the "Assigned to" field is empty and the "Additional Comments" field is changed. This needs to be configured for four catalog items, and there are multiple assignment groups associated with each catalog item.

Any help would be appreciated

Did you check that group has email field populated in it?

Did you see any event triggered in event logs table?

I noticed that no email addresses are populated for any of the groups. Should we add an email address to these groups to ensure the email notifications are sent for all the targeted catalog items? Should this be done individually for each group, or should we use a common email address for all the groups. Will this works in my case?

Ideally each group should have it's own group email and in your mailbox that group email will be a dl and group members i.e. users will be part of those individual DLs

yes please ensure each group has it's own group email and it will work in your case.
