Hi
email sending & receiving is not operational from last 12 hours
and what could be the reason the processing time exceeded?
email reader job also fine
we don't have any system property like 'glide.email_diag.threshold.email_reader.runtime' to update

Are you asking for your PDI? If yes, that's the expected state as ServiceNow does not allow any longer to send and receive emails on PDIs.
