Hi All,
I have a requirement for service catalog. I need to send reminder email to the requestor after 7 calendar days from the day the catalog task. The context of the email is like the user must provide missing information and/or approval or the request will be closed after 30 days.
Kindly, let me know the best way to do this.

What is the trigger? I assume it is not meant to go out on every catalog task?
Depending on the exact requirement: use the existing flow or create one, just for the reminders. Use the trigger you need to send the notification after 7 days and if 30 days later the information isn't there, close it

there would be different ways to handle this
1) flow designer
2) scheduled job
