Emails are marked as sent but not received to receipient when I set 'From' for the notification

Emails are marked as sent but not received to recipient when I set 'From' in the notification.

i.e, If set 'From' mail id ending with Servicenow.com(ex:abc@servicenow.com) then it is working and user are receiving the mails ,but If I set any other company mail id (ex:abc@company.com) then users are not receiving the mails .

Do I have to change any properties? Any help is appreciated.

If ServiceNow says 'sent', the emails are out of the system and are somewhere blocked. You need to check with the IT department to validate what the security policies are. It could be that the emails are seen as spoofing (sender pretending to be someone else), because the orignal email is coming from *@service-now.com, but it says something else.

Look like not a SN issue, may be issue at you org security policy side.
