I'm in the process of creating repeat incidents to replace our daily service desk check list however some of the checks reference links to internal server resources and for that reason I would like to embed a clickable link to a UNC path in an incident record. Something along the lines \\servername\directory\file.file
Does anyone know if this is possible?
TIA

Hi Angus,
You can simply create URL type field on the incident form, it will be clickable.
Please mark answer as correct/helpful, if it was really helpful.

Hi Angus,
You can create a field with type as "Url", you can provide a value for this field and after save, it will provide a clickable link for the user.
Thanks & Regards,
Hari
