Embedding surveys

I found that surveys can be embedded, and I’d like to know how this is accomplished.  When an SCTASK is closed, how can we have the survey sent automatically?  Also, how can we ensure that surveys are only sent for closed tasks assigned to a specific group?

Survey's are sent based on trigger conditions. This can be found under Survey > Administration > Trigger conditions. And yes you can setup the triggers to be based on state and assignment group.
