Employee Center Mega Menu Order

Is there a way to control the order in which the Topics appear in the Mega Menu of Employee Center?  I know that there is an 'Order' field, but that doesn't seem to arrange the Topics from left to right as expected.  I have seen values such as '100' and '150' and '350' in the Order field, but they don't seem to correlate with any Mega Menu placement logic.  Thank you for the help!

Changing the 'Order' will work. Please logout and re-login to your instance once and check the changes on Employee Center.

Do cache.do

Cleat browser cache and

Logout n login

Yes, you can control the order of the Topics in the Mega Menu of the Employee Center in ServiceNow. The 'Order' field is used to determine the sequence of the topics. However, the order might not reflect immediately due to caching. You may need to clear the cache or wait for it to refresh.

Here are the steps to control the order:

1. Navigate to Employee Center Configuration.
2. Open the Mega Menu Configuration.
3. In the Topics related list, you can set the order of the topics.
4. The lower the number, the higher the position of the topic in the Mega Menu.
5. After setting the order, you may need to clear the cache or wait for it to refresh to see the changes.

Please note that the numbers in the 'Order' field do not necessarily correlate to the exact position in the Mega Menu. They are used for relative positioning. For example, a topic with an order of '100' will appear before a topic with an order of '150'.
