Employee Center Quick Links not showing

Hi.
I made quick link in employee center, but problem occured.
in admin role, it show. but impersonate end user, it disapper.

Are you getting any error message? like not authorised?

You need to create a User criteria and add under available for related list for that Quick link record. See attached screenshot

thank you for answer. but problem still exist.
without quick link has problem, other quick links show in menu. only one quick link not showing.
information of quick link :
Content type : Page
and impersonate user, i got message :
Number of rows removed from this list by Security constraints: 1
and system log :
Cannot read property "kb_knowledge_base" from null
