It seems you have to put a certain amount of characters into the search field in order for it to pull up results from the Service Catalog.
For Example:
I wanted to search for IT Purchase Request, so in the search field I entered IT Pur and it did not return any results from the Service Catalog. Is there a minimum requirement for the search? If so, can it be changed?
