Not able to add or remove any existing widget? So your issue is different than, its not a question on how to create a new widget?

Are you sure you are in the correct application scope? If so you should easily be able to remove any widget instance, or add any.

I will tell you what i am doing in PDI

1) Application scope is Employee center core

2)When i open employee center under portals i am going to page designer and then if i am adding or removing any widget from employee center homepage i am not able to do so

3)My requirement is i want to add above widget in employee center

Hi @vinay167,

There is an Announcement widget in service portal, but the look won't be same as here, as it doesn't have carousel functionality.

As the image you posted is mostly corresponds to, announcements.
