Employee Portal Serach Resources Missing

in the Employee portal, the Search Resources option is missing our prod instance under the topic list, but it's available in Dev.

I didn't find an option to enable this in prod. anyone can suggest how to enable this option?

There might be some updates missing. Try repairing the plugin.
