Empty product models

Hi,

There are some hardware model records created with "empty" name.

When i create a new Ci with empty model ID i got unknown model created but not empty.

Please let me know how these empty model records got created.

You should check the business rules.

I have checked the business rules and I could not see model creation.

Models get created from the script include "AssetandCI" when Ci is created. As mentioned above, when i created a new CI, unknown model got created but not empty.

Product models with empty name are created because of the model id field map available for CI data load. Display name is populated but not the name of model because reference field name is not selected on field map.
