Empty request and Empty response while useing rest api

Hey guys,

 

I am trying to implement  POST rest message in incident table.I am triggering the rest in BR.Just i want to see the request detauils and response details in Log but while checking it always return empty request and empty response....how can i see all tha request and response data in Log.

 

Is there any ACL or System properties their to restric this datas in log....
