Enable Agent assist on interactions

Wondering how to get Agent Assist working on the Agent Workspace for interactions?

Works fine for incident, but really our Service Desk staff are starting with an interaction and there are opportunities to assist customers at that point if agent assist was there.

I can't find any obvious documentation on how to enable it (if you can)
