Enable attachments for certain users

attachments are disabled for certain user. I would like to enable attachments for specific groups. I think I should be using ACL's but not sure where to start. write acl on the sys_attachments table

Where are the attachments disabled? Is it on Incidents or Requests. Or is there any encryption enabled in the system.

 

Go to Access control from filter navigator and check any attachments on sys_attachment. If you want to edit an existing ACL, Elevate the role to security_admin role

the attachments are on the RITM

If there are no encryptions on the instance, Check the ACLs on sys_attachment table.
