Hi All,
I have enabled MFA for users for local login , but the default MFA method is through authenticator app. We dont want to use authenticator app but utilise email verification for MFA. How can we change the default method for MFA authentication to email? (Instance version - Tokyo)

@Tapish Sharma1, you can follow this article. In this article, I have added details related to SMS OTP-based MFA, but similar steps can also be followed for Email OTP.

Hi Randheer ,
Thanks for your reply , the issue is I cannot see the 'MFA factor policies' related list in MFA context. Is it something limited to Utah ? my instance is on tokyo
