Enable My Approvals in Employee Center ESC

I have added My Approvals in the header menu on the Employee Center via Employee Center > Administration > Portal Configuration. Then by drilling into the Header Menu (Employee Center Menu), in the related tab for Menu Items, I went into 'More', created New and created the My Approvals header with the page being 'approvals'. 

 

The change reflects in the Employee Center Portal, however, the page is blank when I click into My Approvals. 

 

What do I need to configure for the page to show approvals for users, for all task records?
