user's approvals are not showing in To-Dos in employee service center. Is approver_user role necessary to appear in platform UI?

The user's approvals are not showing in To-Dos in employee service center portal UI but the approver got triggered and is available under HR Case form related link approver tab. Can anyone help me on the cause of this issue?

Are the approvals configured in To-dos Configuration module to appear?  If so, validate it's active and the conditions are met.

Have you find out anything ? we are facing the same issue.

What approvals are missing?  For them to appear, make sure the To-dos Configuration records include the correct conditions for your scenario on the sysapproval_approver table, be active and apply to your portal record (i.e., "Applies to").  Looking at the below example, this to-do will only show approvals for me, if 

  1. I'm an approver for it
  2. The approval record's "Source table" is ast_contract
  3. "State" is Requested
