Enable "insert a new row"

Hi,

I no longer see this option under lists like Incidents, Users etc. Not sure if I disabled inadvertently. How can I get the "insert a new row" option back?

Hi Srirao,



Right Click the header of any column in the list view .


Go to >> Configure >> List Control and from there you can set the "List Edit Insert Row" checkbox to True .

Hello Srirao, check the list controls and see if the "List edit insert row" option is enabled or not.
