Enable subscribe ui button on Service ops workspace on knowledge?

Is there any OOTB way to enable the subscribe button to make it enable on the service operations workspace ? if not can you please suggest an approach to enable it

@Kiran Kumar 76 it depends on which application your UI Action is, usually each workspace has its own application, if you want to restrict only for a certain workspace you can create a new UI Action in the related application.
