We have setup SSO with Entra as the ID provider in our Dev instance without issues.
When attempting to setup in Prod...
On the Multi-Provider SSO > Administration > Properties page:
Attempting to Enable by selecting one or all the options results in these errors:
- Not allowing update of property: glide.authenticate.multisso.enabled
- Error MessageNot allowing update of property: glide.authenticate.multisso.user.autoprovision
- Error MessageNot allowing update of property: glide.authenticate.multisso.debug
- Error MessageNot allowing update of property: glide.authenticate.multisso.login_locate.user_field
The errors occur for the admin and persist when elevated to Security Admin.
The Installation Exits are all set to False in Production but in Dev they are True for - MultiSSOLogin, MultiSSOLogoutv2, MultiSSOv2
Those were not set manually when setting up the SSO in Dev.
Testing the setup of the Identity Providers in Identity Providers is returning success.

What might be blocking the property updates? Should I update the "Installation Exits" manually? Additionally, I see that I can update the properties directly. That might solve it but it doesn't explain the error, which I'd like to understand.

This worked for me. I was in another scope, I changed it to Global, and it worked.
