End Chat button is disabled in Virtual Agent Web Client

I am using VA web client and starting the Live Agent chat by using the below URL:
/$sn-va-web-client-app.do?sysparm_skip_load_history=true&sysparm_topic=4f3274687344330025d032e954f6a733
However, the End Chat button does not get active ever. Hence, customers are not able to end the conversation. Please help. This is very urgent and critical for us.
