Enquiry about total count of approver/fulfiller

Is there any API where we can get the total count of subscribed licenses, i.e. number of approver/ number of fulfiller licenses bought for an account.

Everything is possible, but I wouldn't, since everything you need is in the instance. You set up the groups, allocate them to the subscription and tell everyone involved that if they want to use this for their overview, they should maintain it.

ServiceNow provides the licenses bought and the dashboard shows the status. Not really sure why you would even want to do this via Rest API.
