Error Handling Mechanism in ServiceNow Integration

Rutvik Khandeka

Hello All,

We are looking to integrate ServiceNow with one of the external platform (Say - Salesforce) with ServiceNow. The scenario is whenever a ticket is created / updated at ServiceNow, it should ideally create / update the same ticket at Salesforce as well.

Can you please provide any ideas regarding ideal error handling mechanism to look for (like creating a incident when integration fails, etc,)

That would be very helpful. Appreciate your time for reading.

Thanks.
