Error in SAM Pro - Adobe integration

Hi All,

 

I am building Adobe integration with servicenow(tokyo) SAM Pro and have configured the below.

1. Direct integration profile and Connection is successful.

2. Imported Certificate and validation is success.

3. Executed the Schedule job SAM - Import user subscription job and is completed and no failures from log.

 

However no data being imported to subscription table and When I run the below function from background script getting the error attached in file.

 

SamImportUserSubscriptionsAdobe().process();

Any help or suggestions?
