Error on cloned widgets

I was trying to add a new menu 'My Approval' next to 'My Request' which is already on employee center navigation bar so I cloned the Employee Center header and added some code but it is displaying error I even deleted what I added but it still showing an error and also I think I accidently edited the Employee center header widget it too is not working it displays error message when I try to load the employee center portal. Is there any way I can fix it?

I would assume you have cloned it in a different scope, and that it may not be able to call the script include in line 17.

If you did changes to the original header (is that possible now??), anywho, then you can add the related list "Versions" and then get it back to the original one.
