Error Signing Soap Envelope

I'm unable to successfully integrate with ServiceNow using SOAP services.
When I try to test the SOAP message, the response I get is "Error executing SOAP request: Error signing SOAP envelope"
I am using an X.509 WS-Security profile and I am able to verify that all of my certificates and aliases are valid but when I configure my SOAP message to use the profile, that's the response I get.
I've already looked at KB articles and one said I need to setup a read operation in the ACLs for non-admins and I've already done that, plus, the account I'm using is an admin account.
Any help is appreciated!
