I have booked online exam however o wanted to change it to Prometric based exam.

I can only two open reschedule and cancel however I am not seeing an option to change it from online to prometric 

kindly guide

Hi @amit_kishore ,

You can cancel or reschedule the exam before 72hrs. Remember it will be fine if you cancel or reschedule the exam before 72 hrs.
