exclude tickets with specific keywords

Is there a way to exclude change requests with specific keywords in the reports.

Hi @swathisarang98 ,

Yes, I've created a report with specific keywords. Along with that i need to create another report which are not having these keywords specifically.
Ex: If few of the tickets are updated with keyword validated, these can be reflected in the other report. But rest of the tickets without this comment these to be reflected in no comment report where it is easy to track and make people to update the comments properly.

Hi @JaganV , i dont think that is possible because key words can filter with operation such as are or contains  through keywords we can not check does not contain.

The keywords option is available in the filter and it is available in dashboards as well. Please check the screenshot below.

Hi All,

I'm rephrasing my question, i need to exclude the tickets with specific keywords in notes section of a ticket as it is a cumbersome process to reassigning the ticket to edit the description or short description.
