Dear all, we have a custom KB article field on incident table which is reference to kb management and using condition as work flow state is published.
So, ITIL users are doing a trick here and adding other workflow state kbs also to that incident. So basically they will open the magnifier next to kb article field and clicks on New ui button and after entering all details they are selecting Submit button so that article is saving on incident form even though it's not in Published state.
I need some inputs how to control this reference qualifier behaviour.?
