Export to PDF is not working

Hi , For custom table Export >> PDF (Landscape) or PDF(Portrait) is not working for users , When click on Export >> PDF (Landscape) then getting  blank page and no file is downloaded.

Hi @Darshana2 ,

Please follow the below steps:

1. Check if with admin account the PDF download is possible.

2. Navigate to System Security -> Debug Security Rules and check if there is any access rules blocking the PDF download.

3. Check user roles related to ACLs.
4. Modify the ACLs identified or add the roles to the user.

for few requests it working & for few it is not working export of PDF

Thanks for the help. It worked!

 

A read ACL for 'task.approval_set' was only for 'itil' role and the user didn't have the 'itil' role.
