Export to PDF question

I am trying to export a task (Requested Item catalog task) to a pdf file. Trouble is, it is truncating after showing only the first few comments. There are only maybe 50 lines or so in the activity log, but probaly only 20 or so being exported to the pdf file. Dooes anyone know if there are any restrictions on the type of activities captures in the export? I know about the system properties max lines property, but that is not the case here. cant find anything in the forums or on wiki either, but I'll keep seaching. Thanks, Mark S.

Word from ServiceNow support is that Activity entries are not captured in Export to PDF, they have a problem open for this. A workaround is to use the "Print Friendly Version" button, and print to pdf. Note, Chrome has built in functionality to do this, otherwise you may have to install an app like win2pff....

Increasing the value of the glide.max_activity_size property can possibly prevent the issue. Let me know if it resolves your issue.

Hello Mark,

Is this the same for item variables?   I am on Fuji and noticed when you export the task it does not show the variables.

Haven't seen an update on this. Is this something that is still being worked on? The Print Friendly Version via Chrome to PDF is a nice workaround but just wondering if anyone has an update on this one.
