External login backend without SSO

Is there a way to remotely access the servicenow backend without SSO? Suppose the network is down due to a DDoS attack, for example, is there a possibility to log in via e.g. xxx.service-now/login.do and export certain tables?

Unfortunately, that doesn't work. I get a message from Microsoft that I can't get access.
