Extraction of comments and worknotes from a record

I'm trying to download An Incident record  in Excel format, in that record  there are many additional comments and work notes fields data  after downloaded I'm not able to see the all the additional comments and work notes fields data.

 

For Example: In a record there are 37 additional comments and work notes fields data after downloaded it's not showing more than 10  comments in the Excel sheet. 

what should we do some one can me help me on this .

Hi @LuckySri ,

Admin can export work notes of an incident from the Journal Entries(sys_journal_field) table.

  1. As an admin, go to the Journal Entries(sys_journal_field) table.
  2. Under the Element ID, mention the sys_id of the incident.
  3. Under element column, select work_notes
  4. Once all the work notes appear for the specific incident, right-click on the header, click on export and choose the required format.
