Use case: A user decides they do not want to leave feedback by clicking "No thanks" because maybe they need to copy and paste something from the article. We would like them to be able to click "No thanks" which will not create a feedback record, copy something from the article, and then allow them to click the below "No" button a second time to leave feedback. However, the problem is that the button is not bringing the pop up after clicking it the first time and viewing the feedback pop-up. They have to refresh the webpage to enable the "No" button again. Is there a way to keep the "No" button enabled?
