Field level ACL is getting deleted

Hi,

For context, the Entity type table "sn_grc_profile_type" has 2 read ACLs in TPRM scope:

  1. sn_grc_profile_type (table level)
  2. sn_grc_profile_type.* (all fields level)

When editing (adding roles) to the first ACL, the form gets saved as expected and access to the table is provided to the end user with the user. In this case, the user can open the record but won't see any fields. So, to provide the field level access, adding the role to the second ACL and saving the form, the ACL gets deleted, and the added role is appended to the first ACL as shown in the screenshots.

Is this expected behavior? If so, kindly suggest how to setup the ACLs.

Thanks,

Nitin Sharma

The screenshots don't show everything, but it generally wouldn't give that notification unless you're modifying the "name" value. So for example "incident" -> "incident.*" would show "deleting incident" and "adding incident.*".

On that popup you can actually see two tabs. Move to the other tab and check what it says there.
